Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice when rebooking or cancelling your appointment. We understand that extraordinary things do happen and we will do our best to be as understanding as possible to any situations that may result in cancellation.

If less than 12 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service may be accessed before rebooking.


No show with no call, text or email communication, will not be given a new appointment until a non-refundable deposit is given to secure the next appointment.

Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. We hope you understand the need for this policy. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Late arrivals of 15 minutes are more may be subject to have one or more of their services canceled or rescheduled all together. You will also be charged our standard cancellation fees for all canceled services.
