Bumble began making their own products because they were never satisfied with what was available. The goal was to develop products, which didn’t exist at the time, that hairdressers could use editorially – ones that could be mixed and layered to produce a broad range of effects. At first, the products were for their own use; but they soon began selling them to other select salons whose stylists were truly engaged in the work – who had respect for the craft and who aspired to excellence in hairdressing.
Today, that group is the Bumble and bumble Network – a collective of independent salons and stores that carry their products and share their vision. Dedicated to innovation, inspiration and education- they created Bumble and bumble University (Bb.U) and Be.Creative House, both institutes for higher learning. These centers for the art and commerce of hairdressing culture offer network salon stylists the opportunity to train in advanced cutting, coloring, styling and product application techniques.
NUMBER9 Salon is proud to be a Bumble and bumble network salon. Our stylists have knowledge in the full line of B&b professional products and we recognize every guests unique style by recommending products to suit your individual needs.
