Number 9 Salon TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In the event that your regular stylist is not available, we will make all accommodations for your appointment to be moved to ensure that all your service needs are met.
To guarantee availability for your next appointment, we recommend that you book your next appointment before you leave.
Number 9 Salon expects all of our staff and clients to conduct themselves with respectfulness towards each other. This includes all personal space, commentary and physical contact.
Number 9 Salon welcomes well behaved and supervised children over the age of 12 years old. Number 9 Salon will not be held responsible for your child’s safety. Any damage to our salon or salon equipment as a result of a child’s behavior will be the sole responsibility of the parent/parents.
Full refunds are available on all unopened and unused products. Equal exchanges are available on all products that have been sampled and are not satisfactory and all damaged or malfunctioning containers.
No refunds are available on gift certificates.
Number 9 Salon does not take checks.
All personal information entered for online booking is private and protected.
We will happily make adjustments to the original service. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.
Number 9 Salon CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please give at least 24 hours notice when rebooking or cancelling your appointment. We understand that extraordinary things do happen and we will do our best to be as understanding as possible to any situations that may result in cancellation.
If less than 12 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the previous service may be accessed before rebooking.
No show with no call, text or email communication, will not be given a new appointment until 100% of the missed service is paid in full.
Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. We hope you understand the need for this policy. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Late arrivals of 15 minutes are more may be subject to have one or more of their services canceled or rescheduled all together. You will also be charged our standard cancellation fees for all canceled services.
